岗位职责:
1. 支援培训项目设计和培训计划制定。
2. 根据员工培训战略及业务部门需求配置合适的培训课程。
3. 年度培训计划执行(不同层级培训项目、新人培训、协调海外培训、培训援助计划管理等)。
4. 培训反馈分析并结合分析进行项目改善。
5. 培训事务局支援及确保培训服务品质。
6. 其他HR团队事宜。
1. Support to training project design an d plan making.
2. Arrange appropriate training course according to staff training strategy an d the needs of operating departments.
3. Fulfill annual training plan, including different hierarchy training project following, on-boarding training following, as well as overseas training coordination an d staff in-service training assistance management.

6. Daily support to HR section.
岗位要求:
1. 本科学历,人力资源管理、语言类专业优先。
2. 1~2年HR经验,对培训发展有兴趣。
3. 英语 Or 日语听说读写流利。
4. 熟练运用办公软件,尤其PPT和Excel。
5. 有活力,工作态度和工作习惯良好,主动好学。
1. Bachelor degree an d above. HR, foreign language major would be an advantage.
2. 1~2Y HR related experience, strong interest in training development.
3. Fluent in English Or Japanese.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint an d Excel.
5. Outgoing, with serious work attitude an d habits, active learner.
