岗位职责:
1. 主导内部业务流程改善活动。
2. 负责数据统计、分析和报告。
3. 担任内部销售政策、guideline,know-how的维护窗口。
4. 支持团队领导对内部know-how、用户手册进行维护和管理。
5. 支持内部培训项目(企划/会议安排/讲师)。

岗位要求:
1. 有3~5年销售、市场推进、流程管控、数据分析、供应链、项目管理和改善方面的工作经验,电子行业的更佳。
2. 英语听说读写流利,日语亦可。
3. 熟练运用MSOffice,尤其是Excel和PPT,能够撰写逻辑清晰的报告和演讲稿。
4. 具有良好的沟通能力,有一定汇报演讲的经验,有团队合作精神。
5. 能够通过自我调节适应日企风格和快速变化的业务环境发展。
1. 3~5Y work experience in electronic industry as sales, market promotion, process management, data analysis, supply chain management, project management an d improvement is better.
2. Good command of English Or Japanese (both spoken an d written).
3. Familiar with MS office software, especially Excel an d PowerPoint, also be capable of composing easy-to-understand report an d speech text.
4. Good communication an d team work ability , got some experience in making presentation.
5. Have no problem with adapting to the environment of Japanese enterprise an d fast changing business development.
