岗位职责:
1. 处理日常订单(订单录入、信息更新、回应销售部门咨询)。
2. 负责单证登记录入(价格、条款信息)。
3. 协助进行部门内部委员会协调,转售业务操作。
4. 支持团队领导维护内部know-how以及用户操作。
5. 日常回应销售部门咨询,订单异常跟进。
6. 负责与分公司的账单发票往来管理。
7. 协助收集内部用户交易信息。
8. 协助优化内部交易跟单流程。
1. Order handling (manual order input/upload, daily Q&A support to sales team).
2. Master registration (Price, article information...).
3. Handle of internal commission/resale business operation.
4. Support team leader for internal know-how, user manual maintenance.
5. Daily Q&A support to sales team an d support for irregular case.
6. In charge of billing invoice collection an d send to branch office.
7. Assist to collection information by internal user handling.
8. Will be the play for internal PJT / activity (internal process improvement).
岗位要求:
1. 1~3年助理相关工作经验。
2. 良好的沟通技巧,英语或日语可基本交流。
3. 有耐心,工作态度良好,积极向上,无惧挑战。
1. 1~3 years working experience as an assistant.
2. Good communication skill both in oral an d literary English Or Japanese.
3. Good personality, with good attitude, willing of challenging & self-learning.
