The company has recently established a Chinese subsidiary which it hopes to grow into one of China’s biggest providers of elderly care. We have received significant interest in our offering across consultancy, training and education, operation and management and home care with partners across China. We are looking for a fluent English speaking, self-starting, creative-thinking Project Officer to help us grow our business quickly. This is an opportunity to become part of a strong brand one of China’s fastest growing and most important industries.

This role has the potential to develop as the business grows – you will be one of the earliest joiners so have the opportunity to voice your opinion and to travel regularly across China. Business trips to the UK are also possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

职责范围

• - Conduct primary and secondary research into projects and partners that we are in discussion with

• 做好我们合作伙伴相关项目的首要以及深度调查。

• - Designing and developing marketing materials

• 设计并开发市场营销材料

• - Translating our English-language materials into Mandarin and making sure that they are appropriately localised

• 把我们的英文资料翻译成中文并确保是合适的本地化,运用正确的词语,另外有时也需要中文翻译成英语。

• - Attending and supporting business meetings, including offering translation support, across China

• 在全国范围内参加并协助商务会议,包括口头翻译。

• - Working under the Project Manager to organise and deliver project-specific activities such as training courses

• 在项目经理的领导下,组织并提供和项目有关的活动,例如培训课程。

• - General admin support including record keeping and assistance with booking logistics

• 一般办公室行政支持,包括记录保存和协助预定等各项工作。

REQUIREMENTS

申请人要求

• - Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential – must be confident translating complex information between the two both verbally and written

• - Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi task

• 有自信心可以高效的和政府官员以及商务同盟进行沟通交流。

• - Fun personality but professional appearance and attention to details

• - Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook) skills required
