Senior Network Engineer（Supervisor）

岗位职责：

1. 确保中华圈内各据点广域网及数据中心网络的稳定性, 不断提升及优化。
- 制定中长期的网络规划和目标。
- 监控,优化广域网性能,可靠性. 从中华圈角度来设计网络架构,配置网络设备或应用程序。
- 安装,升级和配置各类广域网设备或应用。
- 做好Level3级别的问题解决工作。
- 与供应商,Global 网络组成员保持良好沟通来推进项目,为了协助公司业绩的提升引进和评估新的解决方案。
- 意识到网络设备的不足,替换和购买。
2. 培养部下。
- 日常工作中做好对部下的培训，指导工作，帮助他们在专业和业务技能上有稳步的提升。
3. 处理问题或答复用户问题时，保持高质量的服务标准。
4. 日常工作中以高安全标准处理工作，满足IT审计要求。

1. Ensure Pan China WAN an d data center network stability,enhance an d optimize it.
- Make middle term policy an d planning of network.
- Monitor,optimize WAN performance, reliability, also design,configure network devices Ｏr applications from Pan China point of view.
- Install,upgrade an d configure various WAN  devices an d services（e.g. DC NW device, firewall, Steelhead...）.
- Provide Level3 support an d troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Communicate vendor Ｏr global member to proceed project Ｏr evaluate new solution for business improvement.
- Identify WAN equipment shortages,replacement an d place orders.
2. Develop subordinate.
- Train, coach subordinate to improve their technical an d business skill.
3. Maintain a high level of quality customer service standards when dealing with an d responding to questions an d problems.
4. Keep high security standard an d meet IT audit requirement in daily job.

岗位要求：

1. 对于信息安全，病毒防御，访问控制，认证授权，文档打印等系统有较全面的IT专业知识体系。
2. 熟悉各种网络路由协议 （RIP,BGP,OSPF,etc...）, VLAN，管理等优先。
3. 对各品牌的防火墙有管理经验者优先。
4. 有数据中心管理经验的优先。
5. 有跨国公司工作经验的优先。
6. 有网络管理工具 （Proxy, Zabbix, Syslog, Netflow ...）使用经验的优先。

1. Has IT technology comprehensive knowledge system, to the following several technical field understand: information security,prevent virus,control access, identify authentication, documents /print an d service system .
2. Proficient in network routing protocol（RIP,BGP,OSPF,etc...）,VLAN, administration is MUST.
3. Experience in several brand-name firewall （PaloAlto,etc...） administration is preferred
4. Experience in managing data center is preferred.
5. Experience in multi-national company is preferred.
6. Experience in network management tool  （Proxy, Zabbix, Syslog, Netflow ...） is preferred.
