岗位职责:
1. 顾客相关销售契约的审核、改进工作。如:《总采购协议》,《保密协议》及《补贴与反补贴协议》等。
2. 第三方共同开发产品契约的审核、改进工作。
3. 销售、商品以及其他部门法律相关咨询回应。
4. 内部员工法务培训。
1. Review an d make proposal for contract with customer relating sales issues, such as Master Purchase Agreement, NDA, SCM agreement etc.
2. Review an d make proposal of contract with third party relating development products.
3. Consulting for legal issues requested by sales an d PD sections Or other departments.
4. Legal training for internal employees.
岗位要求:
1. 法律相关专业本科及以上学历,拥有法律相关执照持有者优先。
2. 2年及以上工作经验,有合同审核或其他法律相关工作经验者优先。
3. 日语或英语流利。
4. 良好的逻辑思维能力,责任心及良好的沟通能力。
5. 适应新环境能力强,不畏惧改变和挑战, 能够理解并接受日企的企业文化及办公方式。
6. 对法务工作以及电子元器件市场有兴趣。
7. 接受偶尔的出差。
1. Bachelar an d above with Major in Law related,with Legal certification is preferred.
2. 2 Year an d above working experience, with contract review Or other work experience about legal affair is preferred.
3. Excellent in Japanese Or English.
4. Good logic thinking, with sense of responsibility & good communication skill.
5. Flexibility for new thing an d change, understanding for Japanese company culture & working style.
6. Highly interested in legal related work & electronic device market business
7. Accept business travel occasionally.
