岗位职责:
1. 根据客户经理的要求,提供数据整理,各类报表制作在内的日常工作支持。
2. 针对EMS产品供应链的短缺情况进行多方面数据汇总。
3. 对物流分配机制进行数据汇总。
4. 活用村田自有系统,完成订单交期整理。
5. 确认必要的供货需求信息、对客户的日常询价和样品需求进行归档整理。
1. Daily work support including data analysis an d internal report making as required.
2. Responsible for collecting an d analyzing the data of EMS Shortage summary (pull in request)& Shortage status (Linedown).
3. Handle of allocation management.
4. Backlog download management by internal process.
5. In charge of internal business operation including sample request an d RFQ support.
岗位要求:
1. 1年左右销售助理或相关事务的工作经验。
2. 日系企业经验者为佳。
3. 日语流利,英语能够进行日常交流。
4. 耐心、仔细,有责任感,有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
1. At least 1year working experience as a sales assistant Or other related work.
2. Working experience at Japanese company is preferred.
3. Fluent in Japanese, with adequate English skill.
4. With great patience, strong responsibility an d good communication skill.
